With an infinite number of decisions involved in the building process, we help alleviate decision fatigue by thoughtfully narrowing and refining selections across plumbing fixtures, appliances, lighting, cabinetry, hardware, flooring, wall finishes, countertops, doors and windows, and other architectural details. Each choice is considered not only individually, but in relationship to the home as a whole.

During construction, we remain actively involved through ongoing site coordination and interior construction review, meeting regularly with contractors, trades, and fabricators to help ensure the design is executed according to the drawings, specifications, and standards established throughout the design process.
